development, health and disease. Our research uses biophysics to discover lipids that signal in vascular inflammation….the process that underlies almost all chronic diseases and the biggest cause of death worldwide.  In this talk, we will present new lipids that stop us bleeding and prevent bacterial infection, and how this new information is driving development of new therapies and drugs for acute and chronic inflammatory disease.
